THE CURE ships discreetly worldwide. We currently deliver to most countries across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that receiving cannabis products is legal in their jurisdiction.
All times are estimates from the date of payment confirmation. Delays due to customs, local holidays, or carrier issues may extend delivery windows.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of the contents. Packages are vacuum-sealed for complete odour control. Our return address is a neutral business address. The words "THE CURE" or anything cannabis-related will never appear on the outside of your package.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or Telegram/WhatsApp. Please allow up to 48 hours from payment confirmation for your tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.
If your package does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately via Telegram (@ivanbudman) or WhatsApp (+44 7877 409176). We offer a reship or full refund policy for confirmed lost packages. We are not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local laws — please verify your local legislation before ordering.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections. THE CURE packages orders using stealth methods to minimise detection risk. However, we cannot guarantee clearance through all customs authorities. Buyers ordering internationally assume full responsibility for any customs-related issues.
Orders are dispatched only after Bitcoin payment has been confirmed on the blockchain (typically 1–3 confirmations). Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
